Willpower “Will” Harris, the visionary founder and CEO of Bold Indian Hair, hails from the USA. As a social media influencer, entrepreneur, and dedicated humanitarian, Will launched his social entrepreneur organization in India in 2013.
Under his leadership, 5,000 youth volunteers, known as Willpower Warriors, have joined his mission, creating a legacy of kindness and generosity. Will’s influence is far-reaching—he has spoken twice at the United Nations, delivered a TEDx talk in India. Remarkably, he amassed over 1 million followers on Facebook before even setting foot in India and regularly addresses a live audience of 700,000 people in Maharashtra, India.
Will’s journey began as an only child raised by a single mother in Norfolk, VA. This background has fueled his passion for women empowerment, child education, and poverty alleviation.
Today, Will’s primary focus is expanding Bold Indian Hair to support 11 global orphanages where senior citizens and orphans coexist under one loving roof, and where kindness is taught as an actual class in school. His guiding principle: “Use what you love to fight what you hate.”
